When combined with a healthy eating plan, is a walking regimen sufficient enough to burn those excess calories?

It does not provide excess force on the joints (as with running) and is the natural position of the human body when upright.

Most avid walkers know that getting that heart rate slight accelerated is good for the cardiovascular system as well as overall health and well-being. That is the primary reason that most people have become "walkers" in pursuit of their fitness goals. You should consider this type of workout in your dream of shedding pounds in combination with a healthy plan.
